02 · How it works
No DNS panels, no credentials spreadsheet, no separate verification tool. Four steps, all in the same app.
Buy a domain after checking availability, then create one mailbox or more. TOM configures SPF, DKIM and DMARC for you, and forwards replies to the inbox you choose.
Upload CSV or Excel, map the columns and let TOM dedupe the list against the file and your database. Every address gets a green, yellow, red or gray traffic light.
Describe your offer, the problem you solve and the goal. Choose one of 12 frameworks, the tone and the language: the AI writes every email from the prospect's public website.
A pre-flight check clears the list, then sending follows the prospect's local time inside your window. The control room shows every contact, thread and follow-up.

Anyone can put a “generate” button on an empty box. TOM studies each prospect's public website first — their services, their blog, their own words — and writes a different email for every contact, from the framework, tone and language you choose.

04 · Deliverability
High-volume sending without address-quality control burns domains. TOM turns verification, opt-out management and sending capacity into one pipeline, with the decisions left to you. Unsolicited bulk messaging, scraped lists and purchased personal data are prohibited.
Each mailbox starts at 1 email per day and ramps up gradually to 25. If a mailbox goes unused, the volume drops by 1 email per day.

Set the campaign timezone (IANA, searchable) and the sending window. The default 08:00–20:00 lands in the prospect's local time, not yours. Campaigns can cover up to 20 hours a day, and weekdays are selectable one by one.

Every list is verified through a dedicated pipeline, on import or later. Each address gets a green, yellow, red or gray traffic light, and you choose the minimum threshold per campaign. At launch, the pre-flight check blocks sending while a list is still being verified and flags unverified contacts, asking for an explicit choice to proceed. Verification runs on top-up credits: 5,000 for $6, 10,000 for $12, 20,000 for $22. Credits never expire and are cumulative; one credit is used only when a verification is performed.
